Roofing Services

Silverback Roofing guarantees the workmanship of your roofing system for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers all aspects of our craftsmanship, including:

  • Installation of roofing materials
  • Flashing and sealing
  • Structural integrity
  • Waterproofing

What is Covered:

  1. Defects in Workmanship: Any defects in the workmanship performed by Silverback Roofing will be promptly corrected at no cost to you.
  2. Labor for Repairs: We will cover the labor costs for any necessary repairs resulting from workmanship defects.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by severe weather conditions or related acts of nature such as hurricanes, tornadoes, wind storms, hailstorms, tree falls, etc.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications
  • Natural wear and tear of roofing materials
  • Issues arising from pre-existing structural deficiencies
  • Manufacturer defects in roofing materials

Permanent Outdoor Lighting Services

Silverback Roofing guarantees the workmanship of your permanent outdoor lighting system for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers all aspects of our craftsmanship, including:

  • Installation of lighting fixtures
  • Electrical connections and wiring
  • Sealing and weatherproofing

What is Covered:

  1. Defects in Workmanship: Any defects in the workmanship performed by Silverback Roofing will be addressed and corrected at no cost to you.
  2. Labor for Repairs: We cover all labor costs for repairs related to workmanship defects.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as floods, lightning, or severe storms
  • Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or lack of maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear of lighting components
  • Issues arising from pre-existing electrical system deficiencies
  • Manufacturer defects in lighting products or materials
